The better the photo quality, the better the photo pendant!

We always photoshop and enhance the photos, but there is a limit to how much a photo can be enhanced. Want high quality photo pendants? Send us high quality photos!

Original photo files are always better than screenshots.

[2] Face (headshot) or Full Body

We usually focus on the face so others can easily see the photo, but if you want to include the entire body, just let us know in the notes. 

For smaller sized pendants, it may be difficult to see the photo if you include the full body. Always consider the size of your pendant.

[3] Cropped Photos

You should consider the shape of the pendant when picking a photo. We can work with cropped photos to some extent and create a little bit of hair, extend shirts, extend simple backgrounds etc., but there is a limit to how much we can create out of thin air. 

This is why we recommend non-cropped photos. We crop the photos for you, so there is no need for you to crop them.

[4] Number of People

Depending on the size of the pendant, adding too many people into one pendant may not be a good idea. The more people you fit, the harder it will be to see the actual faces.

[5] Background Color

When the background blends in with the person's hair/face too much, or when the hairstyle and background are extremely complex/busy, it may be difficult to remove the background perfectly. In such cases, it is better to keep the original background instead of changing it. 

We also cannot use these type of photos for our Gold Leaf background.

+ Please note that you should let us know if you have any special requests. Do not assume we would know everything. 

For example:

• Please only include the father and take out the son. 
• Please remove the scar. 
• Please include the teddy bear.
• Please include the hat and necktie. 

+ We edit photos however we see fit. We always try out best to make the photos look amazing!

For example:

• We may put two people closer to each other. 
• We may move around the position of family members to fit everyone in a circle. 

If you do not want us to move people around or edit a certain aspect of the photo, please let us now. 

+ Yes, we can combine people from different photos into one pendant.
