All orders come with a 1-year free warranty from the date of purchase. If a diamond falls out or the photo gets damaged, please reach out to us. We will fix it for you at no charge. The customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs.

At any time after the purchase, there is an option to change the photo at a small charge. Please reach out to us if you would like to change the photo.
